 I'm an NFC student/employee but can't access library databases, Niche Academy tutorials, etc.

There's a few possibilities:

  1. There's an outage of some kind.
  2. Your information was just recently added and hasn't synced yet. Try again in a few hours or the next day if you are brand new.
  3. Something in your information is incorrect (like a missing ZIP code, for instance) and we need to fix it to prompt the sync.
  4. Your WiFi network or device settings are blocking our content (common for dual enrolled students using high school devices at their high schools).

We encourage you to try troubleshooting before contacting NFC: clearing your history/cache/cookies, using a different browser, using a private/incognito window, using a different WiFI network, enabling pop-ups, etc.

Email details and screenshots to library@nfc.edu. We will inspect and have the problem corrected if possible on our end.
